I actualy noticed that the detent when you pull the throttles all the way back each have thier own button assignments. SO, I used those. So for me to activate my reversers, I just pull throttles ALL the way back, past the detent. Works fantastic for me.

Yes, I noticed that worked on one of our computers, but not another. Never figured out why, so we just came up with a method that would work for everyone.

now look, i dont mean to sound like one of those a**holes who always post stupid insulting coments, but i do have an observation to make, what with all the time and money you put into your simulator, you could have gotten yourself a private pilots license, granted its terrifyingly expensive, but worth every penny if you ask me

  9. rogerdodgeraviation says:

No sir. The Desktop Airliner Cockpit costs far less than a private pilot’s license. I should know, I have earned my private license, instrument rating, commercial pilot license, multi-engine rating, and I’m a certified flight instructor.

By the way, we also provided the best scenic flights in Kansas City. I invite everyone to check out our Plaza Flights page on the Roger Dodger Aviation website.

dont in real flight, the pilot increase power when the reverse thrust is on?

  21. FA22RaiseHell says:

I have a control colum that has the throttle controls on there already. All I have to do is press the botton to enable thrust reverse and move the throttle all the way up to engage reverse thrust.

  22. sasman3245 says:

can you show us how to make to of the throtle culom to engine one and to

  23. adamkeam says:

No, otherwise, the aircraft wouldn’t slow down. The pilot has to lower the Thrust until it is nearly off completely, and just before landing, it sometimes sounds like the engines have shut down.

  24. adamkeam says:

In the UK Thats only around £20-£25 xD

  25. cprich22 says:

or somtimes when they engage and yr not expecting it its scares the shit outa u lol

I’ve been researching PC flight simulator, And I’ve spotted a pattern. A new genre in its own right. This is separate and apart from the genre of larger flight simulator to which it already belongs.

The completely unique control mechanisms of helicopters set them apart from traditional flight sims, as they make the usually daunting task of taking off and landing much less harrowing.

They also improved upon the otherwise mundane task of flying from Point A to Point B, by making the task stimulating.

In many flight sims, autopilot often is a pilot’s best friend to avoid the rather tedious task of flying around. A good PC flight simulator makes flying more rewarding.
