    Great looking setup there, it’s too bad that the stock crj700 isn’t a little more detailed in the VC and with the systems.

    I have the friendly panel’s CRJ700 Cockpit, It comes with FMC and black glass gauges, with some other stuff like wind indicator etc, It’s only £6.00, you could torrent download or buy the wilco CRJ series, and merge the FP panel and model from the wilco series, that would look good :P

  16. CaptainJoeLewis says:

    @ab48726

    You should get the Friendly panel’s CRJ-700 Cockpit, Only about £6.00, adds an FMC, and realistic glass gauges, Google it :P

    For the exterior you could try merging the Friendly panels cockpit with the Wilco crj700.

    Very interesting but still have 2 questions, how to use 2 keyboards on 1 PC.
    And why do you not use fsuipc, because than you can do everything via the keyboard,instead using the mouse for many operations.

  18. dutchalfa says:

    Nice done

    CRAFT” is a handy acronym used by real-world pilots, to quicky Outline and write down, an IFR Clearance. usually, it is not neccessary to write ATIS ( Automated Terminal Information System) as, the more you perform listening to that, the key bits of info can simply be remembered. CRAFT, however, or a CLEARANCE, should “Always” be committed to paper as it is being read to you by ATC. C=Cleared TO (dest. Airport) R=Route A=Altitude (initial climb) F=Freq. for Departure T=Transponder Squawk

  20. drumdude46 says:

    actually, very well organized. and liked the slight humor at the end. very good job. I’m an “Extremely” experienced and avid flight simmer, only i don’t fly the Default RJ. have the much more realistic Wilco version ( along with their Amazing Citation X, Eaglesoft Citation X, Flight1′s Mustang w/G1000, and some nice Carenado Cessna’s (210,182, Mooney) generally i learned after my first couple years that the defualt planes are shit. anyway, great vid. nice checklist. good presentation

  21. speedierfiber says:

    Clearance Limit
    Route
    Altitude Assigned
    Frequency to contact on Departure
    Transponder Code

    ATIS
    Automatic Terminal information Service: its an hourly service that ATC records in a frequency which pilots consult prior to get a clearance, land, takeoff, etc… just to tell ATC that they have the current weather update fot the airport they are departing or arriving.

    The CRAFT is just a little handy acronime that pilots learn at the school to get the IFR clearance well organized

  23. rogerdodgeraviation says:

    @burreaucracy
    Sorry, don’t remember.

  24. jasleil says:

    @burreaucracy I think the ATIS said Indianapolis
